History & Spaces
Villa Philipson, which dominates the Pistoia plain and is clearly visible from the panoramic terrace for exclusive use, was built in 1893 in late-Renaissance Tuscan style by the architect Riccardo Mazzanti on commission from the engineer Edoardo Philipson. The residence also boasted an extensive farm: hectares and hectares of land that the sharecroppers managed and looked after. In ancient times, the Antico Podere Sant'Anna was in fact one of the houses of the sharecroppers who worked on the estate. The house has been divided and renovated over the years and today it is at your disposal with:
Lavanda double room on the ground floor (bed size 180x190 cm).
On the first floor Alloro room with two bunk beds (4 single beds 80x190 cm) and Salvia double room (bed size 180x190 cm). The living area consists of the living room with fireplace and sofa bed (French double 140x190 cm), the kitchenette with marble shelves and complete with appliances and dining room . A master bathroom on the first floor and a service bathroom on the ground floor. A small gym/meditation area between the Alloro and Salvia rooms.
A panoramic terrace with sun loungers and garden lounge for exclusive use and free private parking .
